The Board of the Eurasian Economic Union set the deadlines for the technical regulations of the Customs Union to come into force on the territory of Armenia

The discussion of the new technical regulation project regarding the electronic and radio appliances was initiated by the Eurasian Economic Commission in the beginning of March

Please find below the list of technical regulations (TR CU) which have come into force recently. The validity date for the documents emitted before the coming into force of the technical regulations is limited by the deadlines of transition period which are mentioned in the third column.

This year the celebration of the International Women's Day 2015, held internationally on March 8th, represents the clarion call of UN Women’s Beijing+20 campaign: "Empowering Women, Empowering Humanity: Picture it!".

On March 15, 2015 the transition period for several Technical regulations of the Customs Union comes to an end. At the same time, the new Customs Union Technical Regulation (CU TR) for a vast group of industrial equipment and products was enforced in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

On 3 February 2015 the President of the Russian Federation signed a federal law No. 1 “On Ratification of the Agreement on the Termination of Activities of the Eurasian Economic Community”. The law entered into force the following day.

On 9 February 2015 a public debate was initiated regarding the changes to the procedure of industrial safety expertise. The amendments are going to be introduced to a number of federal standards and acts which were approved by the order of Rostekhnadzor No. 538 dated 14 November 2013. The reason for the revision of the current wording lies in the fact that some of the provisions like law enforcement practice and definitions need to be made more specific.

On 16 February 2015 the Eurasian Economic Commission initiated a public debate of the amendment project to the list of standards which help monitor the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On safety of perfumes and cosmetics" (TR CU 009/2011). The project was submitted to the Commission by the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus. The final discussion of the project is going to take place on 17 March 2015.
