Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology as well as interested federal executive authorities prepared and published the following documents, which come into effect on May 28, 2012:
- "Information on the products subject to mandatory conformity (in the form of mandatory certification) in the GOST R certification system, indicating the regulations which establish mandatory requirements ";
- "Information on the products subject to mandatory conformity (in the form of a declaration of conformity), indicating the regulations that establish mandatory requirements for products, which are under the authority of Rosstandart (GOST R certification system)."
The documents contain information on products subject to mandatory conformity indicating the regulations that establish mandatory requirements for products in the form of mandatory certification and declaration of conformity.
After the introduction of new regulations, instead of those indicated in the Information about the products subject to conformity assessment, mandatory certification and declaration of conformity are carried out on compliance with applicable regulations.
