By the Decree № 213 issued on March 21, 2012 the Russian Government approved the changes in the list of products subject to compulsory certification, approved by Government Decree № 982 issued on December 1, 2009. In particular, the following products were excluded from the single list: 1410 cylinders; 2293 Goods for cultural and domestic purposes and household plastic articles; 2521 Tires for cars, buses, agricultural vehicles, motorcycles and scooters; 2571 Friction Products. The following sections, whose conformity assessment is carried out in the form of the declaration of compliance approved by the same Decree, are also excluded from the single list of products: 2537 Medical and hygiene products and molded health articles; 2577 Gasket materials and goods made thereof; 4173 drive, pull and cargo leaf chain. This Decision shall enter into force two months after its official publication.
