A number of documents in the field of technical regulations, sanitary and veterinary measures were considered and approved at the regular meeting of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission. In particular, the decision of the Customs Union Commission on the adoption of technical regulations of the Customs Union was amended. They approved draft decisions on amending the Decision of the Customs Union Commission to adopt following technical regulations of the Customs Union: "About the package security "; "About the safety of products intended for children and adolescents"; "About the safety of cosmetic products"; "About the safety of products of light industry." In order to implement a smooth transition of industrial and commercial organizations to fulfill the requirements of Customs Union technical regulations they offer to establish the possibility of the production and release of products that were not previously subject to mandatory conformity assessment without documentation of compulsory conformity assessment during the transition period. Such a procedure will allow to avoid disruptions in the supply of products to consumers and to create conditions for business planning. Also, they took the decision on the draft list of fireworks, for which the submission of a customs declaration must be accompanied by a document confirming compliance with technical regulations of the Customs Union, "About the safety of fireworks" (TR TC 006/2011). The list includes fireworks, for which the submission of a customs declaration must be accompanied by the provision of the certificate of conformity or the declaration of conformity to the customs authority. The board of the Eurasian Economic Commission worked out a number of regulations related to changes in the various documents aimed at harmonizing the legal framework operating in the Unique Economic Space.
