Textile goods and footwear, including leather and fur products, are subject to a new procedure of putting on the market of the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirghistan and Armenia). According to the new technical regulations the certification of products is based on the parameters of safety, security and health control. It concerns both the local and imported  goods. The certification contributes to the customs clearance of goods and their marketing. The coming into force of these technical regulations (CU TR or TR TC) cancels and replaces any other system of current certification in the member-countries (GOST-R, GOST-K and so on). Thus it is essential for companies, which are planning to put their products on any market of the member-country, to get acquainted with these new norms.
