On February 8, 2017 was pulished the Decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 146 "On introduction of amendments to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 620 of April 07, 2011" adopted on October 18, 2016.
Members of the Eurasian Economic Commission have revised the list of products that are subject to mandatory conformity assessment within the Eurasian Union and require the obtaining of conformity documents: a certificate or a uniform declaration.
Modification No. 1
TN VED TC, i.e. HS code of the Customs Union, are replaced by TN VED EAEU, i.e. by HS code of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Throughout the text Customs Union is replaced by the Eurasian Economic Union.
Modification No. 2
The following three chapters are eliminated:
Chapter 6. Products used in the construction of roads (building materials). Eliminated following the entry into force of CU TR 014/2011 on February 15, 2015.
Chapter 7. Agricultural equipment (agricultural tractors and their trailers). Eliminated following the entry into force of CU TR 031/2012 on February 15, 2015.
Chapter 10. Tobacco products. Eliminated following the entry into force of CU TR 035/2014 on May 15, 2016.
Modification No. 3
Dishes for children have been eliminated from the list (Article 18 of Chapter 16).
Hard soap has been removed from the list, because it is subject to CU TR 024/2011.
The new version of the list can be used from March 10, 2017.
